SLG are creating a neighbourhood of exquisitely designed residences. From the choice of cladding to the finish on the tapware, everything has been meticulously chosen, meaning all you have to do is move in and enjoy.
Building Design has been based on simple, honest crisp lines and simple forms. The buildings are enriched with recesses, overhangs, to accentuate light and shadows and to express texture. The simple gable and monopitch Central Otago vernacular roof forms have been used throughout the design.
The rooflines have a visual connection with the mountainous backdrop. Each form is expressed and more defined by the use of dedicated material from the Jack’s Point palette of materials.

The brief for the interiors was simple; to create something sympathetic to the surroundings, yet bold through the use of textures and local materials. Two contrasting interiors were created, enabling more depth in layering, warmth and moodiness.
The interiors are equally enriched in colour yet differing in palettes, enabling choice to the discerning individual.
